The role of Tweba.com

The purpose of Tweba is to offer a venue for trading. As such Tweba does not take possession or role in any goods offered in the listings. No association between the listings offered and the site can be made and no validity or legality can be assumed because an item or service is listed on the site. As a venue we do not take any responsibility for the completion of any transactions that take place within the site listings. All responsibility is held by the member to act legally and lawfully.

Liability between buyers and sellers

If an incident occurs where any type of claim or action is taking place between yourself and another member arising from the use of Tweba then you agree that such action is between yourself and the other user. No recourse,claims or action will be taken against Tweba, directors, or staff for any claims of and not to loss, damages, costs, legal fees, liability, etc.

Age Restrictions .

In order to use Tweba you agree that you are 16 years of age or older. Tweba does not accept members under the age of 16. If it is wished to allow a person under this age to view the listings within the main site it must be done so under the supervision of an adult over 16 years of age.

General.

Tweba do not confirm the claimed identity, integrity or honesty of any of it's members. You agree that by using Tweba.com you understand that Tweba cannot be held responsible for a member's honesty and integrity.

By joining Tweba you agree that you are responsible for all of the information that you supply when entering details and adding listings on the website.

You will not give any false information regarding your member details, transactions or any listings you post on Tweba.com.

You will remain respectful to all other members at all times and in no way be offensive towards anyone. Tweba is a Social MarketPlace.

You will not use profanity within any text or show any obscene or child pornographic images.

You will not break copyright rules or breach privacy and other rights.

You will not trade in illegal or stolen goods.

You will not list a prohibited item (see list)

You will abide by all local laws when using the marketplace.

You will not interfere with or cause damage to Tweba.com.

You will not use any robot, scraper or spider to access the website without permission.

Listings

Tweba reserves the right to remove listings at any time. By joining Tweba you agree to abide by the rules.

Selling and Listing

You must be legally allowed to sell and list the item you are offering, by ownership, permission of the offering owner. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the listing is legal and eligible to be sold to the destination/country that it is being sent to and sold from.

A Seller is committed to selling the item as soon as a bid is placed over the reserve listing price or a listing has been purchased via “Have Now”.

Buying

When you make an over the reserved bid for a listing or “Have Now” you are legally bound to complete the transaction with the listing seller. The conditions of the sale are solely between yourself and the seller.

Closure of a user account.

Tweba reserves the right to close a member's account at any time it sees fit if the user has breached this User Agreement or any of the policy or guidelines described throughout the website. Tweba will make all reasonable efforts to warn members of any infringements to rules through the Tweba messaging system. Tweba also reserves the right to suspend a member without prior warning.

Disagreement with the User Agreement

If you disagree with any part of the User Agreement or any of the policy or guidelines described throughout the site please do not register.

Outage

Whilst we will try to ensure that the site runs correctly to the best of our ability, there may be reasons for down time and interruption of services that are beyond our control.

Disputes.

Disputes that occur from use of the website fall into two categories:

1, Tweba and its members.

Any disputes that occur between you and Tweba in relation to it actions and services must be reported to us at policies@tweba.com where they will receive the correct attention.

2, Member to Member disputes.

Tweba is simply a marketplace and does not get involved in any user disputes. Any such actions should be dealt with between the involved parties and if necessary you should report any such disputes to your local law enforcement agency.

When registering as a member of Tweba you agree that changes can be made to any policies, categories and prohibited items. Tweba reserves the right to make any changes and will endeavor to post notification of these changes.

Disagreement with the User Agreement

If you disagree with any part of the User Agreement or any of the policy or guidelines described throughout the site please do not use Tweba.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that Tweba will not be held accountable for any direct or indirect damages including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other losses what so ever that result form the use of this website.
